SHIPPING

Pre cut SAMPLES are FREE up to 5 sample maximum. Canada Post shipping charges apply. Track all your orders at any time with Canada Post.

To find out these charges, or if you’d like to receive expedited shipping, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered the Shipping Method choices and their prices.

All large orders will be shipped via freight carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders will normally include curb-side delivery only. Charges for freight delivery will apply and vary on location. Charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas such as locations only accessible via ferry. You will be contacted by eurcantile after order has been processed with best market spot price for your delivery. You will be required to provide payment for said charges. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

RETURNS

Please read the following information carefully.

All materials must be checked before installation. Variation of shades and crazing are inherent in all burned clay products. Mistakes in sorting can happen. We do not accept claims after installation. Returns are only accepted within 30 days after delivery date. Full boxes only in original packaging and in condition that was received. Proof of purchase is required. All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge. No returns on sale items, tile samples, final sale and special orders. Special orders with signing order, a deposit will be required.

You must request Return Authorization form by emailing [email protected]. Returns will not be accepted without the form.

Eurcantile does not pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and arrangements – you can choose any carrier you’d like. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
